About the Club

Since 1900

A community club with a century of history

Ardrossan Winton Rovers Football Club was founded in 1900 and has been a fixture of life on the North Ayrshire coast ever since. Known simply as The Rovers, the club has worn its black-and-white hoops with pride through more than 125 years of Saturday afternoons.

From junior football to the modern West of Scotland Football League, Winton Park has remained our home — run by volunteers, backed by local businesses and supported by generations of the same families.
